Garlic Herb Dinner Roll I love baking bread . I find creating dough and watching it transform is such a wonderful and satisfying feeling. These savoury herb dinner rolls  are my family's favorite. I make them all the time. It's easy to make, delicious, pillowy soft and packed with loads of flavor. Made with herbs, garlic and oh yes lots of butter. Particularly awesome for mopping up gravy or soups. Heres how I made them. Ingredients: - 200g bread flour - 20 g sugar - 3 g salt - 5 g milk powder - 100g warm water - 3g instant dry yeast - 1 egg - 25g butter * Extra flour or a little water in case you g need it Garlic butter - 5tbsp melted butter - 3 cloves of garlic ( finely chopped) - 1 tsp italian herbs or parsley  To make the bread 1.Mix yeast , warm water and 1 tsp of sugar    Leave to become frothy. 2. Fish molee Fish molee is a kerala style fish stew , mildly spiced and flavored with coconut milk. Every  household has their own variation for this dish. So here is my version for easy fish molee. Ingredients : : 4 slice Spanish mackeral ( cut into half) : 1 big onion ( slice) : 2 big tomatoes (chop) : 2 inch ginger (pound) : 2 cloves of garlic pound) : 2 green chillies (slit to half) : 1/2  cup thick coconut milk : 1/2 cup thin coconut milk : 1 tsp mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds : 1/2 tsp fennel seeds : 5 sprigs  curry leaves : 1/2 tsp tumeric powder : Squeeze of lime juice  : Salt for taste For marination : 1/2 tsp tumeric powder : Salt Instruction : 1.Clean and cut fish into pieces. Chocolate Swiss Roll with Peanut Butter filling This cake roll is a chocolate sponge cake filled with rich creamy peanut butter filling and topped with chocolate ganache. A totally irresistible dessert for chocolate and peanut butter lovers. The coffee in this cake recipe really brings out all of the chocolate flavor. Great for sharing with a cuppa. Angku kueh Traditionally angku kueh was made by the chinese for significant events. They used  red because it is an auspicious colour to the Chinese as it represent fortunes and prosperity. I must admit this is my first time making angku kueh . I never thought of making angku kueh as it is readily available at my daily market . However during this quarantine period , I was looking to make something different and angku kueh popped into my mind. And yes I'm glad I made it . My angku turned out to be amazing. Chewy , sticky and not overly sweet. Just the way I like it . Ingredients :  Skin : 1/8 tsp  - orange - red coloring : 300 ml - hot water : 400g - glutinous rice flour : 150g - orange sweet potato peeled, steamed               and mashed : 4 tbsp - sugar : 2 tbsp- oil : Banana leaf cut into rectangle to fit the size    Of the mould  : Oil for greasing Filling : 300g split green beans : 300g sugar ( suited to your taste) ...

HOME  MADE NAAN BREAD Naan is an amazing traditional flat bread from India. It's so soft , pillowy and full of lovely brown blisters. Traditionally,  they are cooked in a very hot tandoor oven. My naan recipe is made on a stove top using a cast iron skillet. And trust me it's just as good. Here's how I make it. INGREDIENTS : •2 tsp dry instant yeast •1/2 cup warm water •1 tsp sugar •2 1/2 cup all purpose flour •1/2 tsp salt •1/4 cup vegetable oil  •1/3 cup plain yogurt •1 egg (beaten) *extra flour or a little water in case you     need it *different types of flour at room temperature require different amount of liquid. Always adjust accordingly . METHOD: 1. Mix yeast, warm water and sugar. Leave to become frothy. 2. In a bowl, sieve in flour, salt ,yogurt, oil and eggs. Mix till combined. 3.
