With a texture that is slightly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside it sure to please any cookie lover. To make this cookies I am using brown butter. It is a plain butter that has been simmered on the stove top until brown. They are simply amazing with flavour. The nutty aroma is toxicating and add so much of dept in flavour. Simply melt the butter in low heat. Dont rush this process because it can be easily burnt if you aren't careful. Stir the butter frequently and keep a close eye on it. Once the brown bits at the bottom start to form . Remove from heat and let it cool. Since you are using melted butter, you don't need a mixer for this recipe. Just stir up.
