Fish molee Fish molee is a kerala style fish stew , mildly spiced and flavored with coconut milk. Every household has their own variation for this dish. So here is my version for easy fish molee. Ingredients : : 4 slice Spanish mackeral ( cut into half) : 1 big onion ( slice) : 2 big tomatoes (chop) : 2 inch ginger (pound) : 2 cloves of garlic pound) : 2 green chillies (slit to half) : 1/2 cup thick coconut milk : 1/2 cup thin coconut milk : 1 tsp mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds : 1/2 tsp fennel seeds : 5 sprigs curry leaves : 1/2 tsp tumeric powder : Squeeze of lime juice : Salt for taste For marination : 1/2 tsp tumeric powder : Salt Instruction : 1.Clean and cut fish into pieces.
