TOFU FINGERS Give these Tofu Fingers a go... crispy tofu with garlic flavour coated in a golden bread crumbs dipped in honey mustard sauce. This crispy tofu recipe has been in our family for years and are a favourite to everyone who tries them, they are the perfect finger food and can also be served as a side dish for a meal. Easy to make with simple ingredients...I take pieces of tofu cut into strips and roll them in flour before dipping in egg, followed by breadcrumbs. Then fry them until golden and crispy. Serve the tofu with no fuss honey mustard sauce made with only 3 ingredients; mayo, dijon mustard and honey. You can also serve them with ketchup or your favourite dipping sauce.
